I’d gotten to a point in my life where enough was finally enough. I had just hit the big 6-0 and I was squishy, achy, and tired. It hadn’t always been that way, and I knew that somehow I could get back to my slinky self. I had tried going carnivore several months ago and had some positive results, but backslid to my old habits. Enter Sonja.
Sonja and I have known each other from when we worked for the same company in Las Vegas. I’ve followed her for years on Facebook and was in awe of her transformation through yoga, her positive mindset, and going full-on, badass carnivore. When I reached out to her and found out she was coaching us, women of a certain age, I signed up. Man, am I glad I did!! Let me tell you…it was one of the best things I’ve done for my health, my mindset and my future… ever. Sonja lovingly and consistently held my feet to the fire, made me dig deep into what’s really important in my life (I keep a gratitude journal now), and made me even more grateful to just be alive.
Working with Sonja got me eating right (which got rid of the aches) #MeatRules, working out the right way (which tightened up the squish), and thinking right which makes every day a pure joy.
Sonja thank you for showing me what is possible. We are friends for life and I am eternally grateful for you!
